1. Recent 6 months or more of good rent history
2. Recent 6 months or more at current job
3. Monthly net income: $2250
4. Pass background check (no evictions or felonies in last 5 years)
5. 12 month lease
6. $40 application processing fee, valid ID and proof of monthly income
